Ordering & Terms
For quality assurance, all finished items are handcrafted start to finish in a pet-free, smoke-free home; packaged and mailed by me. I, also, include with your purchase a small token thanking you for supporting my shop! Please email me at info@thequiltedpumpkinshop.com about an item you see or regarding shop policies. I want your shopping with me to be a very simple and satisfying one. My heart goes into every crafted piece I make, so I will do all I can, and work with anyone, to be sure you are happy with the items you have chosen to buy from my shop! Shipping Insurance Shipping Insurance is paid for, and left up to the buyer's discretion. If you are interested in adding shipping insurance to your purchase, email me and let me know. I will invoice you through PayPal for the shipping fee based upon your purchase total. Current USPS Shipping Insurance coverage fees are: $.01-$50 purchase is a $1.75 fee and $50.01-$100 is a $2.25 fee. Check Out and Payment When you are ready to check out, just click the View Basket button under your Shopping Cart information on the right side of the screen. You will be asked to create an account if this is your first order with me. This will allow you to view your order details. After registering you can continue to check out. **I will never share, rent, nor sell your personal information with any third party. The information gathered is solely for my use, and if needed, to contact a buyer directly and be sure packages are be mailed to the correct address. See my Private Policy page for more info** I use PayPal as a secure gateway for payment. However, you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. If you pay by e-check through PayPal, it may take up to 3-5 days for an e-check to clear your account. Therefore, there may be a delay of shipping until I've received notification your payment has cleared. Sorry, but I do not accept checks. After completed payment is made you should have a link to Return to The Quilted Pumpkin on the PayPal page, and can be redirected to your account page. You may have to sign back in to view this page, but there you can find your order details. However, if you should receive an error message after your PayPal payment was completed, you can come back to the website manually to log into your account view your order. If you are a California resident, a 9.25% tax will apply. Shipping Shipping will be made only after I have received notification from PayPal that a completed payment has been sent for the purchased order. I prefer to ship to the address you have listed with PayPal. I will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase and received payment. Most times, I will try to ship on the same day of a received payment. I ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day), Parcel Post (3-5 day), or First-Class Mail (3-5 days). I usually ship only within the continental USA. However, if you are outside this area (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada), please contact me first before you place your order. If you have made multiple purchases from me within a day or two, I may catch this myself, but send me an email to let me know you've done so. I will try to combine shipping if I haven't mailed out the packages yet. Note: If your paid shipping amount exceeded the actual shipping cost, I will refund the overcharge. You can always email me at with your zip code to inquire your exact shipping cost. I will notify you when your package has shipped and is on its way. If there is a Delivery Confirmation # (only for Priority Mail shipping) I will send you the USPS tracking delivery number. If you live in the immediate area (Antioch, Brentwood, Concord, Oakley, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek), you can always make arrangements with me for pick-up. After your paid purchase, I will refund your shipping fee. Refunds I want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. Please email me at asap after delivery if there is an issue with your purchased item. I would like to work with you to resolve it. If you are still not pleased, I can offer a refund for the purchase price, shipping and insurance fees (if applicable) on that specific item; but I prefer this return be made within the first 7 days after you recived the item. I would appreciate the item returned in its original condition through USPS with a Delivery Confirmation number, and the buyer paying for the return shipping and Delivery Confirmation number fees.
